The Haruru scarf is a delicious silk and cotton blend with glass seed beads and laddering details. It is an ideal lightweight statement piece for all seasons.
The scarf is inspired by a bush walk I did when I first arrived in the Bay of Islands in early Autumn, from Waitangi to Haruru falls. During my walk it started to softly rain, and the foliage sparkled with droplets. The beads carried throughout this knit reflect that understated but special moment.

Celebrating comfort, softness and slowness, the collection is an autobiographical material and emotional response to time spent healing from heartbreak, burnout and city claustrophobia on the picturesque shorelines of the Bay of Islands.
